Job Description:

– Responsible for looking and making comparison of potential suppliers
– Process the purchase of goods/services, make PO until approval process
– Filling document of PO Transactions
– Update supplier list and material prices
– Handling problems related to transactions with suppliers and fill documents related to these problems
– Responsible for managing company asset and doing document archives
– Make monthly report


– 20 – 25 years old
– Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Mechanical — Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
– At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Purchasing
– Have negotiation skill
– Have a good communication skill & analytical skill
– Mastering Ms. Office computer programs (Excel, Word, Power Point)
– Be able to speak English and Written, Mandarin is a plus
– Be able to start join 01 July 2022
