Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
– Manage and lead the team, providing training and development as needed.
– Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in line with regulations.
– Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Manage inventory and liaise with suppliers.
– Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
– Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi, is a plus.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve issues effectively.
– Willing to be placed at Jakarta, Bekasi & Surabaya.
