Games & DCB Payment Partnership


Main Duties & Responsibilities
1 Define the Partnership positioning within Games & Carrier Billing Payments , seek requirements from stakeholdres and look for potential partners
2 Manage and maintain the day-to-day inquiries partnership functions such as collaboration in product, marketing, brandIT, network and delivery channels
3 Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
4 Develop plans and execute functional strategies for many type of partnerships coordination and integration across multiple units, as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting customer acquisition and marketing initiatives.
5 Daily monitoring of business performance thru partnership collaboration and utilizing dashboard, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
6 Track customer experiences and behaviors via metrics across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints
7 Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships
Job Qualifications
1 Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Communications and/or equivalent
2 Minimum 5 years-experience in business & partnership management, marketing or relevant experience delivering partnership collaboration
3 Data driven individual, with expert proficiency in MS office (excel, powerpoint)
4 Experience in writing and developing business casepitch decksproject monitoring and case studies.
5 Able to proactively work with multiple departments of the company and drive results and accomplish goals
6 Good communication skills, fluent in English both spoken and written.
7 Collaboration and problem-solving skills is a mandatory
