Production Manager
Tugas dan tanggung jawab :
1. Bertanggung jawab atas tercapainya target produksi
2. Melakukan optimalisasi dan efisiensi produksi: machine, manpower, method, material
3. Memastikan sistem dan pelaporan produksi dijalankan
4. Troubleshooting masalah yang berkaitan dengan produksi
5. Melaporkan pengukuran kinerja produksi kepada GM
Kualifikasi :
– Pendidikan Minimal S1 : Teknik Industri
– Usia maksimal 40 tahun
– Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan profesional
– Energetik, problem solver
– Berpengalaman di sebagai kepala pabrik minimum 5 tahun
– Data and detail oriented
– Menguasai konsep kaizen, six sigma, lean manufacturing, 5R
– Memiliki pengetahuan terkait ISO 9001 dan Sistem ERP
– Menguasai microsoft excel, power point
– Bisa berbahasa inggris
– Penempatan Bogor
