About the Role

As Training & Relationship Officer (Community Involvement & Engagement) Staff, you will gather information and data about UMKM trends and create the UMKM acquisition strategy also monitor the implementation of each development program.

What you will do:

  • Compiling learning materials for Majoo learning application especially materials on MSMEs (Preferable Having a background close to MSMEs and having learning skills)
  • Will be involved in coordinating with mentors
  • Responsible for determining mentors and managing classes
  • Gather information and data about UMKM trends, as well as information about the competition on the market in which the business is involved
  • Create the UMKM acquisition strategy for each area also implement it including create engagement program through website (ruang majoo)
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of each engagement program
  • Provide administrative and logistic support for the community, including but not limited to, report, training planning, and implementation
  • Undertake measures required for timely achievement of Project results
  • Evaluate analysis of historical data and provide recommendations to increase revenue, order and customers
  • Develop innovative solutions that are both comprehensive and cost effective

Minimum Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • 2-3 years of working experience with local communities for engagement activities and minimum 1 year managing team
  • Experience in handling UMKM
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
