– Handle end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening CV, interviewing, conducting online assessment, BI checking, offering) include approaching passive candidates
– Manage administration needs and onboarding preparation
– Planning, developing, implementing an effective strategy for the organization
– Calibrate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
– Colaborate with third party; vendors/outsource to identify updated recruitment tools
– Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/HR Management/related field
– Min. 1-2 years experience in the same role
– Solid knowledge about recruitment and organization development strategy
– Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and management skills
– Able to join ASAP
– Placement: Ancol, Pademangan
