  • Manage social media accounts
  • Responsible for the account’s growth and engagement rate, reaching our KPIs.
  • Maintain the quality of the content and ensure the content meet client’s expectations
  • Involve in the creation of Editorial Plan, together with our other content writers
  • Develop content that fits with the account’s social media objective
  • Formulate strategy and tactics to improve the account’s performance, by working together with our strategist and social media admin
  • Create concept & mini decks for digital activation or mini campaign and also execute it
  • Utilize social media tools for reporting and scheduling
  • Create monthly report and develop insight based on the content’s performance
  • Experiment new things that can help improve our account’s engagement
  • Responsible as the project lead / PIC for our client’s social media account Requirement :
