Job Summary

Coordinate digital marketing activities and provide support to the Digital Marketing team in order to contribute to the development of effective messaging, imagery and online content.

Job Accountabilities – Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to identify critical business problems and potential areas of opportunity.
  • Perform insightful analyses by integrating internal and external data sources to capture performance of key online, offline and product metric.
  • Work closely with broader marketing team members to come up with comprehensive point-of-view to tackle complex marketing optimization opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations for action to marketing and communication teams. Build higher-level business insight on cause-and-effect.
  • Work as engagement manager with corporate and field social media channels.
  • Drive analytic tools selection to optimize and automate real time measurement of campaigns.

Essential job functions for this role might be focused also on Digital Contents. In particular:

  • Work with internal and external agencies to create compelling internal messages and advertisements for the web site.
  • Analyse and create campaigns for the key campaign placements on the portal sites.
  • Work with Marketing Technology colleagues to analyse and improve the customer experience across the web sites using the Organization’s analytics software.
  • Work with compliance and other teams to ensure the websites meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor competitor’s web sites and keep the team aware of developments.
  • Support the channel teams (Broker and Commercial Direct) through the deployment of online content (e.g. News & Views).
  • Ensure all pages within the Organization’s websites carry web analytics tags.
  • Run the governance processes for the team to ensure that all content is ‘approved’ prior to deployment.
  • Work with the insight team to deploy customer satisfaction surveys for key portals and work to improve findings.
