As our Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring communication strategies for our Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, LinkedIn & Facebook. Your objective will be to increase brand awareness, synchronise all organic marketing efforts and increase sales opportunities. Be prepared to be spontaneous!

Your responsibilities include:

Develop, implement and manage organic content strategy on all social media platforms

• Attend strategy meetings & propose organic content to support Digital marketing efforts
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platformdetermination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Manage all creative deliverables required for various campaigns, working with internal &external teams
• Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existingsocial media projects.
• Plan an all-rounded & detailed project/content calendar
• Manage posting for our accounts

Growing our social media presence

• Generate more opportunities for enquiries, interests and interactions
• Bring traffic to all other social media channels & website
• Propose content collaborations with KOLs & Influencers
• Create social events/lives to engage with our followers

Be our Brand Ambassador

• Be in front of the camera and propose spontaneous content that takes our followers through the eyes of Tiara Hana
• Create Tiara Hana Brand Personality & voice
• Social listening to improve our content ideas of what’s working, what’s not and what’s next.
• Set the trend in the property investment scene
