Job Description :

  • Responsible to provide training plan schedule & learning package for training new hiring & existing promotion
  • Responsible to conduct quick learning & quiz for Tokopedia product knowledge to Nakama partner
  • Responsible for evaluation training & quick learning process
  • Analyze & provide development solutions for quality management issues on the floor
  • Responsible for following up improvement Customer First Squad (Customer Service team) by finding on the floor
  • Responsible for managing trainer consultant

Requirements :

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years experience
  • Has the ability to quickly adapt
  • Have good communication skills between Tokopedia internals & vendors
  • Has the ability with project management
