Job Description
- Drive business process improvement initiatives through strong coordination with related stakeholders / Subject Matter Experts
- Capability to derive data from various sources to identify potential cost/benefit of an initiative
- Understand business process, gather requirements to design new business process flow/framework, to transform business to achieve higher revenue and performance
- Translate business requirements into BRD/Functional spec & other relevant documentations
- Oversee the Functional/ Business Verification during User Acceptance Test & implementation review. Identify issue that could compromise the effectiveness of new process and work with related teams to solve it
- Provide requirement clarification to developers, testers & related project team members
- Able to perform well under pressure and handle multiple streams of assignments effectively
Minimum Qualifications
- Have at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- At least 8 years of work experience in business analyst or process improvement roles, preferably with exposure to Corporate/Commercial Banking
- Possession of project management knowledge and IT related skillsets is an advantage
- Ability to think outside the box on any business problems statements; with analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving, proficiency with numbers, and finding patterns
- Ability to break down complex problems, come up with “Practical” solution and easily monitoring outcomes
- Excellent communication and ability to work, manage & negotiate with cross functional units (Business, IT, Ops, etc.)
- Flexibility & eagerness to learn new things
- Able to write & speak fluently in English as well as Bahasa
- Knowledge of banking, digital payment & financial technology industry is preferred
Good To Have Qualifications:
- Certification in Lean/ Six Sigma / reputable Project Management standards
- Masters Degree from reputable university
