Atlas Beach Fest is founded by PT. Kreasi Bali Prima, we provide the experience of a unique atmosphere – beach club, culinary ground, lounges, and nightclub – professionally concepted.

We are looking for great people to fill this vacant position of Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting potential buyers from Travel agents, corporate, government, wedding, or party organizer
  • Daily sales call (produce 3-5 quotations daily and follow up with all the clients)
  • Achieve monthly individual target
  • Bringing in the new database, new potential buyers, and new clients
  • Nurture and maintain existing client
  • Assisting client during on-site inspections pre-event, standby during client’s events, and sending post-event report
  • Coordination from client’s order to the Operational team
  • Organize and proactively involve/participate in Sales Table Top, Travel agent gatherings, or exhibition
  • Tailor an attractive product/ offer to the client’s requirements and competitive
  • Daily and weekly sales report

Qualifications

  • Numbers and data-driven, highly initiative and passionate about Sales
  • Min. 5 years experience in selling MICE/ Beach club/ Hotel Rooms/ Travel products
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy (familiar with google suite, Slack, Asana/ Trello)
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically about how to win the deal
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong network and database in the Travel agent industry, corporate, and government
  • A good team player, well grooming and attractive personality
