Sales Associate is responsible to acquire new tenants and increase the occupancy for Rukita and RuOptions. Sales associate will be contribute to do market penetration, execute the strategy, and market study to the whole demand team.

Job Description :

– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

– Search and acquire new B2B and B2C Clients

– Develop sales plan and strategy to achieve goals

– Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

– Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

– Create Purchase Order and follow up payment collection

– Canvassing to the certain area

– Create daily report to the manager

Requirements :

– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any field

– 2 years experience as sales

– Have their own vehicle and able to drive (Motorcycle preferrable)

– Have driving license (min. SIM C)

– Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

– You have a passion for providing living solutions for the new generation, sharing in Rukita’s mission

– Able and fluent of processing data, using digital platform as their daily activities (spreadsheets)
