About the job

The Revenue Manager oversees revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations. He / She ensures that all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the property’s business, performs competitive benchmark studies and follows market trends.

What will you do :

  • Leading and managing Revenue Team of Bobobox Indonesia
  • Responsible for Bobobox Indonesia company wide revenue target
  • Define the individual target according to the company’s OKR for each team member based on the area, market segment, and products
  • Ability to prioritize the task in accordance with the revenue target, market demands, customer and company needs
  • Strong business acumen for each and every products that Bobobox Indonesia have and or about to develop
  • Maintain and review weekly, monthly sales tracker of accounts and targets
  • Share and communicate regular feedback on market conditions, competitions, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented on daily basis.
  • Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (Online Travel Agents/OTA, FIT, tour operators, etc.).
  • Provides weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
  • Analyze overall monthly sales performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with major from Marketing / Commerce / Hospitality studies or MBA Degree holder from reputable university
  • Proved experience as and Revenue/Growth Managers from Digital Startup Company or Fast Paced Company preferably from Hospitality background Company
  • Familiar using Property Management System (PMS) (eg.: Rhapsody, Opera, etc)
  • Strong Financial Acumen related to revenue management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex Pricing Strategy
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Thrives in a role that requires meeting new people, building and maintaining relationships
  • Local hospitality market knowledge is a must
  • Experience in early-stage startup environment is preferred
