As reservation, you will respond to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, fax, or through a central reservation system

Job Description:

  • Processes reservations from the hotel platform, and travel agents.
  • Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
  • Handles daily correspondence.
  • Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed
  • Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons
  • To ensure that reservations forecasts, lists, and reports are prepared and distributed as scheduled


  • Domiciled in Bali
  • High school graduate or hospitality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to communicate well and self-adjust to some required situations in the most professional way
  • Proficient in written/spoken English
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
