Research and Development Staff (Ramen/Noodle)

– Research, development and formulate new food products (Ramen, Noodle) depending on current market trend
– Improve existing food products
– Lead and carry out new product trial and sensory trial
– Sourcing and negotiate ingredients from suppliers
– Responsible for handling BPOM and Halal certification, etc.
– Coaching cooking method to manager/trainer/staff

Requirements
– At least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Nutrition or equivalent
– At least 1 year of working experience in related position (Product Ramen or Noodle)
– Good analytical skills and project management
– Required skills : Product Development, HACCP, Food Safety
– Placement in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta
– Able to join immediately
