“Recruitment – Bekasi Area”
Job Description:
• Handle mass recruitment process for Shopee Express Mitra Riders and Drivers with scope of work such as, but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates.
• Coordinate with the stakeholder to ensure the recruitment is fulfilled on time
• General administration duties
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from Psychology or related field
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self driven and highly motivated
• Willing to be placed at Bekasi Area and with full 5 working days WFO
• Willing to be employed under contract by 3 months
• Have previous working experience in recruitment for maximal 1 year would be advantage
