Position : Product Designer

Job Description:

  • Mentor and lead a team of designers to be able to deliver the best design implementations
  • Help define and develop product design roadmap, goals, and vision for UX Team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering lead to represent the Design Team, lead design initiatives, and provide feedback on product planning
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the proper designs are implemented in production
  • Help improve and develop an appropriate workflow for the Design Team
  • Help strengthen the research process to ensure it translated into actionable insights and convince the stakeholders
  • Create neat design documentation and help establish processes to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Able to speak up and communicate substantially to his team, leader, or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Have experience in the payment industry
  • Min 5 years experience as UI/UX Designer
  • Experience in leading and managing a Design Team
  • Experience in end-to-end interface design in software/web technologies
  • String aesthetic, conceptual, and design communication skills
  • Highly skilled in visual design including UI, Icon, Illustration, and Prototyping across different platforms
  • Experience in building and implementing design systems
  • Proficient with design and prototyping software such as Sketch, XD, Figma, or Framer
  • Ability to effectively communicate problems and solutions to the different team members
  • Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies
