Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major (Preferably in Finance or related major)
• Having experience 1 year in the same field (Fresh graduates with experience are welcome to apply)
• Understand BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Detail-Oriented
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
• Available to join ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining employee database
• Manage all the processes related to employee attendance or overtime
• Manage all the processes related to compensation and benefits
