  • Understand customer needs and deliver optimal solutions
  • Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract non-participatory hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Maximize hotel’s production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) through a range of activities
  • Act as the first point for technical contact for intermediate client-related issues
  • Help to drive business growth by enabling increased product usage
  • Regular consolidation of client feedback
  • Assist in internal process improvement to achieve client success
  • Work closely with other functions within the organization such as operations, finance, and product

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of solid work experience in e-commerce or account management roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external clients/ internal stakeholders
  • Excellent logical reasoning skills to develop and implement solutions to unique challenges
  • Must be a team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and achieve set targets on time
  • Very good English mastery (English-speaking hotels and internal communications)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of the travel industry, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and hotel revenue management sales and negotiation skills
  • Must be located in Bali
