Requirement:

  • Have min 1 years experiences in Operation Service / Customer Service / Technical Service
  • Familiar with Zendesk / other Customer Service Software
  • Proficient in English

Responsibility:

  • Listening to customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues.
  • Preparing and providing report about overall customer questions and complaints periodically
  • Perform general administrative duties
