This position will be part of the Domestic Marketing team at Warner Music Indonesia.

Here You Will Get To

  • You will be responsible for the strategic direction, planning, implementation, and management of a roster of Indonesia and domestic artist campaigns.
  • You will work closely with artists, artists managers and A&R on artist development and with the digital team to drive audience growth, increase stream and market share.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams including A&R, creative, digital account, International marketing team, research and analysis, artist management, sync and brands to craft ground-breaking campaigns for your artists to deadline and budget.
  • You will champion your releases with the commercial teams, sharing campaign objectives, delivering powerful updates and participating in the formation of partner marketing strategy.
  • Commission creative assets and visual content, instigating, leading and managing the creative direction bespoke to each campaign.
  • Proactively seek out innovative ways to continually improve and develop your marketing campaigns, especially involving and collaborating with external media such as Online Media, TV, Radio, KOL, and local community.
  • Maximise opportunities across D2C, live, brand, sync and other non-traditional music label income.
  • Create and nurture relationships with artists, artist managers and all key people in the music industry and its ecosystem.

It will be music to our ears if you have:

  • At least 1 year experience in Communications/Brand PR with influencer and celebrity management, experience in issues and crisis prevention and equity building PR programs.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a Communication/PR focus is desirable, but not essential).
  • A strong relationship and in-circle with key people in media industry.
  • Excellent communications and collaboration skills and management of external relations.
  • Passion for the music industry, sustainability, and community impact as key business drivers.
  • English at business fluency, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and willingness to learn quickly and challenge the status quo.
