Job Description:

1. Assist the management in receiving and communicating messages

2. Assist in coordination and collaboration between team members

3. Organize management calendar, including meetings and deadlines

4. Monitor the work progress

5. Filing and verifying invoices, documents and keeping records


1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Fresh graduate is welcome.

2. Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.

3. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

4. A high level of attention to detail. Proactive, responsive, highly self-initiative

5. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

6. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

7. Good organization skills.

8. Digital marketing, social media experience.

9. Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure
