Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager Data Analytic.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an analytics and data roadmaps for Wealth and Personal Banking customer that is aligned with business priorities and the Regional roadmap, and providing support for customer and bank initiatives (e.g. campaigns, FCC / Global Standards, etc).
  • Creating insight and analysis that drive the performance of WPB customer, based on customer information to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, retention and deepening customer relationship. This includes supporting WPB activities in areas of Product Management, Customer Experience and Relations, and includes developing scripts, cutting lists and allocating leads to the most appropriate channel, where this has not been covered by the Region.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and other financial / non-financial targets, via the leads and triggers program.
  • Identify key trends that arise from the analysis of customer data and work with other areas to ensure they are planned into BAU activity where appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of working experience in data analytics and preferably segment and customer analytics.
  • Strong in banking knowledge.
  • Solid critical thinking and analytical skills to work well with numbers and complex data.
  • Experience with modeling in SAS / Python / R.
  • Advanced working in SAS, SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
  • Experience for handling and analyzing big amount of data for better information and insights.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of analytics tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
