Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

  • Provide accounting transaction processing support in Treasury and General Ledger functionalities in accordance to approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate communication of accounting functions with GBS team and Group treasury team. Ensure the accounting records are in compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements. Coordinate and submit with respective government agencies for reporting and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities


  • Key User for SAP AFS and related systems
  • Key trainer for end user
  • Ensure smooth accounting processes, coordinate errors and issues with SAP AFS global team


  • Ensures that the Company is complying with regulatory deadlines set by the tax authority on tax payments
  • Responsible for cash management such as transfer of funds, money market placements,
  • Preparation of foreign exchange schedule to Group Treasury for Hedging and Forward Contracts for non-group vendors
  • Manage bank relations
  • Ensure all month end treasury reports are submitted on time and BAM account are updated timely
  • Serves administrator role for on-line Bank accounts
  • Manual Refund for ecommerce


  • Perform month end accrual for special requirements
  • Prepare of auditor’s requirement of statutory, year end close of accounts
  • Provide financial input and analysis in the forecast planning, budgeting process and strategic business plan.
  • Monthly GL Account reconciliations: clear o/s items
  • Periodic review of Customer and Supplier Master Data creation/changes
  • Review and prepare inventory adjustment for GBS team posting
  • Quarterly reports required by Group Accounting


  • Answer queries from Business, Auditors & Government Authority Officers
  • Coordinate and answer queries of GBS team relating about bank and treasury matters
  • Prepare property value report for adidas Group Insurance
  • Conduct monthly AR meeting with Business
  • Visit / meetings to / with Wholesale and Franchise Customers, especially related to AR collections
  • Calculate Specific Bad Debt Provision, adhoc basis.
  • Audit activity of annual fixed asset count in office
  • Reconciliation and adjustment of fixed asset count result
  • Coordinate and collaborations with tax consultants in managing taxation area such as VAT, WHT, and annual Income Tax Return filing.
  • Calculate annual income tax prepayment schedule and perform monthly income tax prepayments
  • Manage and arrange DGT Form as part of taxation regulation in Indonesia
  • Handle, coordinate and submit requirements for statutory audit by External Auditor
  • Filing of statutory financial statements
  • Assistance in annual transfer pricing document review
  • Ensures on line submission of bank report to Indonesian Bank
  • Coordination of change in system based on business requirement and local legal and tax requirements
  • Implementation of project management or user acceptance test
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional Accounting qualification or Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years in audit, taxation and commercial environment with 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably member of MIA/CPA/CA
  • Familiar with local and International Accounting Standards and Tax regulations
  • Working knowledge in handling full set of accounts; Strong knowledge of taxation; direct and indirect tax e.g. withholding tax
  • Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
