Lowongan Kerja Management Building (Cikarang)

Overview

PT. Hon Chuan Indonesia curently looking for “Management Building” for Cikarang Plant.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Factory/Manufacture Civil Construction Projects.
3.Capable of managing various Civil works contractors at the site.
4.The candidate must be willing to be placed in Cikarang and stationed in Karawang (West Java).

Job Description:
-Manage & supervise Civil works contractors at the site.
-Make sure all drawings and technical documents are issued to contractors on time and the latest revision.
-Check the Bill of quantities and work progress of each contractor.
-Ensure all Civil works are as per the project schedule and hand over to the Mechanical contractor.
-Ensure all the work sequence of civil work is in the correct procedure to prevent unnecessary problems and maintain quality.
-Understand all requirements provided and communicate promptly to the contractor, vendor, supplier, etc.
-Manage good relationships with contractors.
-Coordinate with procurement to acquire necessary equipment and material and monitor stock level to ensure smooth construction progress, if necessary.
-Monitor work of contractors on a day-to-day basis and conduct regular meetings (enforce quality and timeline of service delivered).
