KOMPAS TV is looking for LEGAL INDUSTRIAL RELATION OFFICER with requirement below:
Job Qualification:
– Male, must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
– Having at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Excellent knowledge in HR procedures & processes, Indonesian labor laws & regulation
– Have an excellent drafting and reviewing skill
– Good analytical, organizational and planning skills
– Able to work in detail, multitask, and under pressure situation
– Fluent in english both written and spoken
– Good interpersonal and communication skill
– Interested to work in media industry
Job Description:
– Assist management in administration related matter regarding employee discipline or grievance procedure and PKWT/PKWTT
– Process labor disputes/grievances/code of conduct issues in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint investigation and act as a company liaison
– Represent the company in discussions and meetings with government agencies and Employees
– Maintain and administer Employment Agreement, Company Policy, including socialization and follow up the process.
