Position: Innovation Manager – Change Management Division
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to increase participation of innovation submissions based on target.
- Collaborate with BRI’s external and internal parties and analyse innovation opportunities for BRI’s stakeholders.
- Develop innovation roadmaps, innovation investment feasibility, business model structure, bundling and innovation financial/non-financial targets.
- Align BRI’s innovation management framework and implement the innovation results in milestones in accordance with the specified timeline, quality, and scope of deliverables.
- Direct the activities related to innovation implementation and manage the project documentations.
- Regularly hold knowledge sharing sessions to other employees in the Change Management Division on innovation management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) graduates, Master’s Degree (S2) is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm, banking, or fintech as a consultant, staff, Innovation Manager or Product Manager.
- Able to create visually appealing analyses, studies, and decks.
- Capable to analyze data and market trends.
- Able to design process flow, communication, and innovation development, both digital and non-digital based.
- Have good communication skills and a continuous learner mindset.
- Have high initiative and attention to detail, able to work independently.
- Understand project management and design thinking.
- Experienced in managing multiple project portfolios simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate well in English (speaking and writing).
