1. HR Services Manager
Qualification & Competency Required:
· At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
· Professional English proficiency, both verbal and written.
· At least 8-10 years of solid knowledge and HR experience in Manufacturing industry.
· Proven skilled in handling end-to-end HR development (People Operations and General Affairs) in managerial level.
· Sound know-how of and experience in the application of HR concepts, processes and instruments.
· Excellent people management and leadership skills.
· High integrity and have an open, collaborative communication style.
· Strong leadership and maturity.

2. Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager
Qualification & Competency Required:
· At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
· 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition or HR operations (same roles).
· Experienced in Manufacturing Manpower fulfillment.
· Experienced with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment tools.
· In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and mass recruitment.
· Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation.

3. IR & ER Assistant Manager
Qualification & Competency Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputed University.
· Good English proficiency, both verbal and written.
· Having at least 5 years of experience in the same position at Manufacturing Industry.
· Strong understanding in HR regulations, government regulations related to employment law.
· Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong leadership and maturity.

Our client is one of the biggest Oleochemicals factories in the world, Location Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
