PT Bumi Nusantara Jaya currently looking for “HR Organization Development Staff” for placement in our Head Office, SCBD, Jakarta.

Job Description:
– Plan, develop and implement HR strategy in line with company’s overall strategy and business plan.
– Have ability in Job Analysis, Work Load Analysis, Work Competence, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Training Management.
– Have ability in setting up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicator.
– Selection policies and practice, discipline, counseling, and HR motivation.
– Develop and implement employee performance evaluation plan.
– Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit leaders on Human Resources Aspects.
– Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to strengthen employee relationship with company.
– Implement a comprehensive training in accordance with the purposes of the company.
– Ensuring administrative system run in accordance with the procedure.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
– At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
– Must be both task & people oriented
– Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the jobs.
– Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
– High level of confidentiality and ethics required
– Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees
– Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
– Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written Bahasa & English
