Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the Consumer Proposition strategy by identifying opportunities within AXIS potential market, with the purpose to drive revenue growth, improved customer experience and innovation.
  • Responsible of design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of new and existing Consumer Product portfolio of AXIS in coordination with Touchpoint channels, CVM, Marketing and multiple cross-functional commercial and technical teams.
  • Establish strategic partnerships that can drive innovation, product profitability and brand affinity to our focus segment (Youth market).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to create and end-to-end consumer proposition roadmap based on identified insights and opportunities, delivering world-class digital telco and non-telco products and services.
  • Coordinate with the AXIS Consumer and Brand teams to ensure support from AXIS digital efforts in brand building and in evolving AXIS USP
  • Manage, coach and develop team members to deliver against Consumer Proposition goals and maximize the team’s potential

Requirements

  • Min. 8 years relevant experience in product management / product branding / marketing communication
  • Min. 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver on digital advancement
  • Highly proactive and consumer-oriented, with experience in leading the roadmap for product innovation and enhancements
