As an Agency Business Lead, you will work with the media agencies in Indonesia. You’ll develop and maintain executive relationships, designing and implementing partnership initiatives, managing a team of agency leads as well as delivering to the Indonesia business plan. You’ll be responsible for Google’s Indonesia agency business delivering impact through strategic analysis, business planning, executive client management, and execution of key initiatives. You will develop deep collaborative relationships with clients to become their premier trusted business partner.

Responsibilities

  • Set the overall business strategy, business growth goals, and product adoption goals for agencies in Indonesia.
  • Manage execution of key business growth initiatives, securing support from internal stakeholders at regional and local levels to ensure maximum adoption and impact.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to sales teams on the dynamics, trends, opportunities, and challenges working with agency partners.
  • Identify and execute unique business partnership opportunities.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage agency leaders.

Telco Principal Architect, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience as an enterprise architect in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in cloud computing (e.g., applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, data), cloud market, and competitive dynamics.
  • Experience in Telco Industry with any one of the area around core telecommunications IT CRM, BSS, OSS, digital/data transformation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in applying industry standards defined by bodies like TMForum, ETSI, and 3GPP to drive standardized enterprise architectures and interworking in telecommunication specific domain solutions.
  • Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
  • Experience with building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, security, and application development.
  • Knowledge of exposure to telecommunications Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), MANO and multi domain service orchestration and assurance.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology buying and evaluation process and large-scale computing solutions.

  • 8 years of experience within creative agencies working across both traditional and digital campaigns for consumer brands.
  • Experience in digital and mobile marketing, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in crafting, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns, from creative brief to post analysis.
  • Understanding of the creative development process, digital design, UX design, creative research, and planning and measurement.
  • Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills, with a recognized industry presence, and the ability to inspire and excite audiences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of combined experience in Telco, Ecommerce, Financial Services, Travel, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Tech, media, marketing, brand management, and/or advertising sales.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesian fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales/operations management and strategic planning.
  • Experience working with customers and in strategic management consulting.
  • Knowledge of industry and market dynamics in Indonesia.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use creative approaches to prove solutions through data.
