Floor Captain for Manarai Beach House
Job Descriptions:
– The Leader takes the guest’s orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing
– The Leader is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require
– Knowledge on the restaurant, its products and promotions is crucial for the Leader to know as they are the main contact with the guest
– The Leader may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies
– He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
– Age maximum 27 Years old
– Hospitality or F&B background
– Have a good ability to work both as team or individual
– Minimum 2 years work experiences as a Waiter/Serve
