About the job

Job Description:

  1. Thorough review of business initiative proposal, tactical program for Secured Lending/Funding/ Wealth Management business and provide feedback/value added analysis from financial perspective to assess the impact of those initiatives to profitability of the Bank (pricing proposal, utilization program, balance growth)
  2. Develop robust financial modelling based on key business drivers for planning, forecast and provide valuable insight to Business in order to achieve the financial target
  3. Be a proactive business partner, provide early heads up to Business Heads if there’s any potential challenges to be closely followed up prior to potential occurs
  4. Provide active and thorough support in OJK Business Plan and Management Business Plan

Requirements:

  1. Min 7 years working experience in relevant field
  2. Self-driven individual with strong analytical skill
  3. Comfortable working with numbers and big data
  4. Strong in MS Excel is a must, SQL skill will be a plus.
  5. Strong self determination to ensure timely and quality deliverables
  6. Good communication skill and able to build relationship with various stakeholders in the Bank
