About the job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer Solution Architect and Senior Officer Solution Sales Engineer Role to join our team. These roles will be responsible for the expansion of Telkomsel Enterprise business solution service, including providing new solutions recommendations based on customer needs.

  1. Senior Officer Solution Architect

What You’ll be in charge of as Senior Officer Solution Architect:

  • Provide expert solution (ICT, IoT, Automation, Mining solutions) for internal clients (Telkomsel) and external accounts
  • Create and maintain market intelligence data in key ICT, IoT, Automation for mining solutions market
  • Collaborate with the product team and align with clients to evaluate existing solutions services
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify to provide new product and solutions
  • Define a procedure and process to ensure solution delivery.

What You will need to succeed in Senior Officer Solution Architect role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architect/Solution Sales or Engineering activity related to IT/Automation/Engineering in Mining, Oil & Gas industry segment.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Telecommunication.
  • Have some Technical Competencies like Data Analytics, Solution Architect, Solution Sales, Expert communication, Detail oriented.
  • Strong Knowledge of Mastery of Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, IoT, and digital platforms
  • Strong understanding in Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing business process
  1. Senior Officer Sales Engineer

What You’ll be In Charge of as Senior Officer Sales Engineer:

  • Conduct sales activities, including business opportunity identification, lead generation, presentation, negotiation
  • Work closely with the account management team to grab target market
  • Build an initial design for Enterprise Solution based on client’s requirements
  • Develop a Solution Sales Concept for Enterprise for Advanced Connectivity, Cloud SaaS, Security, Digital Platforms, Industrial IoT and Analytics products

What You will need to succeed in Senior Officer Sales Engineer role:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales for the corporate and government. Experience in Engineering and Automation industry will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Telecommunication.
  • Strong Knowledge of Mastery of Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, IoT, and digital platforms
  • Strong understanding in Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing business process
