Interact with the guests, handle & resolve complaints, audit & train front office team on processes and systems, liaise with the Host Manager on various tasks and perform relevant duties.You will provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations. Not only will you do amazing things within the hotel, you will make a name for yourself and team outside of the hotel.QualificationsThe successful candidate will meet the following criteria :

  • This positions is only available to Indonesian applicant
  • Relevant experience in 4 star luxury hotels or luxury resorts
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and training skills
  • Motivated, energetic and positive personality with a guest service focus
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
