About The Department
The Roadshow Officer is an intermediate position responsible to identify and manage opportunity for Direct Sales acquisition deployment in order to meet sales target.
Job Descriptions
•Identify opportunity and location sourcing for NTB booth deployment
•Manage and cultivate relationships with external clients (mall/office building management, venue/event organizer, F&B owner, etc) to increase booth deployment opportunity
•Perform deployment prospect and pipeline tracking duties
•Build, monitor and continuously refresh deployment database
•Perform daily monitoring of booth schedule
•Responsible for scheduling deal meetings, coordinating logistics for booth deployment, and maintaining calendar of activities
•Maintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business
•Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Requirements
– Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales for credit cards.
– Excellent networking skills.
– Strong negotiation skills.
– Effective communication skills.
