Position Statement:
Produces a Digital Marketing Plan which promotes and maintains good digital presence in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel and achieve the topline transient budget. Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Digital Marketing activities.
What will I be doing?
Builds profile within local market place through digital presence at various channels both domestic and international markets.Develop and co-ordinate hotel asset and content as required, ensure to optimize visibility and alignment of usage throughout various distribution channelsPlanning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, OTA and Metasearches. Liaise with Commercial Director in targeting specific market.Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results (e.g. Hilton Corporate team, 3rd party Agency, etc)Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Work with Social Media Assistant Manager to engage with the resort’s guests and target market via digital channel especially Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and blog sites, ensuring all content adheres to hotel’s digital marketing policy.Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.
Job Description
Participate in the preparation of the Resort’s Strategic Plans, budget’s meeting, P&L meeting, where cross releate with Marketing spent.Establish and interpret key performance indicators, consistently takes into accounts financial implications of business decisions and recommendations.Establishes sales leads from the digital channels in accordance with Hilton corporate strategy and direction from Commercial Director.Accepts Clients and media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned.Educate, train and motivate related teams to achieve department and hotel revenue goals. Ensure staff has the information, data, tools and equipment to successfully carry out job duties.Perform Brand’s Services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests.Drive to deliver Luxury Experiences to guests, to SALT target.Develop and update department SOPs (standard Operation Procedure), JD (Job description) and implement it to enhance the guest experience.Be Responsible in keeping our property safe and secureBe Responsible in protecting the environment such as the trees, the sea, and the special species.Understand and ensure your staff understanding Hilton Hotels Brand Standard related to your departmentReports to — Director of Sales & Marketing/ Commercial Director (in lieu of Director of Marketing)
