Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who specializes in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, lead generation campaigns, artificial intelligence (AI), and retargeting ads. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. Your expertise in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, along with your strong understanding of lead generation techniques, AI applications, and retargeting ads, will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, lead generation campaigns, AI, and retargeting ads.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  3. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  4. Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and personalized ad experiences for improved conversion rates and ROI.
  5. Implement retargeting ad campaigns across various platforms to engage and convert users who have previously interacted with the brand or shown interest.
  6. Utilize data analytics and AI-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that leverage AI and drive conversions.
  8. Implement and manage lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, and other relevant channels, leveraging AI for improved targeting and personalization.
  9. Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools and techniques to improve conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall ROI.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, AI applications, retargeting ads, and lead generation strategies.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommended actions for ongoing campaign optimization.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies, as needed, to support campaign execution and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is highly desirable.
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, specializing in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, lead generation campaigns, AI, and retargeting ads.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign creation, optimization techniques, targeting options, and reporting capabilities.
  4. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  5. Familiarity with AI applications in digital marketing, including audience segmentation, targeting optimization, personalized ad experiences, and predictive analytics.
  6. Experience in implementing and optimizing retargeting ad campaigns across various platforms.
  7. Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM)
