Rafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. What you’ll do

  • Assist the Demand Generation Lead in day-to-day campaign or experiment operations, from planning to reporting.
  • Execute operational tasks independently through collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as external partners.
  • Work together with the product and business teams to explore new initiatives to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Work with the creative team to produce the assets needed for the campaigns.
  • Plan out the campaign calendar for in-app (PN, Inbox, Banner, etc.) & social media channels with the respective teams.
  • Other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed by the team

What you’ll need

  • Final year students or fresh graduates are welcome
  • Prior knowledge of growth marketing metrics
  • Have an analytical mindset and the ability to work with numbers.
  • Comfortable working in Bahasa and English
  • Have an internship experience is highly preferred
