About the job
About the role:
The primary function of the job is to manage the sales process from leads generation until closing
and onboarding ESB services. Individuals in this role will need strong coordination skills,
understanding sales processes, prospecting leads, communicating ESB values and building good
relationships with clients to meet sales targets.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
- Prospect & maintain relationship with clients (corporate / company group restaurants, SME, Supplier, & Buyer).
- Generating prospect leads and follows up consistently.
- Maintaining relationships with clients include mentoring merchant / supplier / buyer how to use ESB Products.
- Coordinate with the cross department about sales progress.
- Demo, pitch, and closing on the spot to achieve sales target.
- Recruit business agents to promote / sell ESB Products to consumers.
- Develop & educate business agents to boost sales target achievement.
- Help business agents for follow up and prospect leads.
- Responsible for understanding the customer’s business needs and connecting them with the appropriate ESB solutions.
- Make a report regularly about the sales process.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales company or related fields.
- Diploma Degree, but preferable Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- A customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem solving aptitude.
- Ability to work well in a team or self.
