  • Responsible for monitoring monthly targets and performance achievement for related Category (ASH,HEL, MBHL, Fashion, FMCG,Others) – Research and recommend new opportunities, profit & service improvements such as collaborating with other parties ex: Government Public Service (PLUT, Dinas UMKM, BI, etc) to gain New seller acquisition – Understand the needs of business partners by approaching sellers through business review and sharing session – Create relationships with new sellers & build good working relationships through collaboration in events that boost the number of New sellers acquisition and transactions – Maintain relationships with existing sellers by making regular visits, providing support, information & guidance also anticipating new business opportunities. – Analyze existing partners performance and proposing solution to improve their performance – Improve existing sellers’ performance to reach their full potential growth and provide business insight to forecast the future sales opportunities. – Responsible for city/regional/national campaign by utilizing product curation, selection, and promotion in order to boost TPO and TIV focusing on existing sellers performance – Responsible for barter promotion with partners through social media in line with Tokopedia program such as inject merchant voucher and monthly/city campaign

Qualifications


Minimum S-1 University Degree for any major discipline, preferably Business, Marketing, or Communication. – Basic knowledge and understanding of E-Commerce – Excellent communication and presentation skills – Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders – Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions. – Must be clear, concise, and convincing – Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles – Sense of urgency for incident resolutions – Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction – Proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships – Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution

Minimum Experienced And Skills

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in campaign management, business development – 1+ years experience in merchant retention, partnership or relationship management
  • Able to work and build relationships with cross-functional groups – Has a good knowledge on E-commerce products & campaigns – Has the ability to provide convenience, friendly environment to the customers and excellent communications skills, proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. – Proficient in negotiation and building relationships with partners – Ability to understand basic excel
