Job Description

· Business partners and analytics-driven specialist for identifying incremental business revenue and volume potential through quantitaive methodology by developing actionable insights, identification of business opportunities

· Formulating various business insights through the use of analytics-driven methodology and scoring method to identify business opportunities and improve business performances

· Complete preparation of business insights framework from opportunities gathering, data sizing, business presentation and revenue/volume impact analysis

· Prepare strategic recommendations and solution to answer business problems

· Proactively collaborate with Product and Sales team to apply customer insights

· Generate smart leads to respective business units for cross-sell/up-sell activities

· Develop propensity modeling for generating smart leads with higher probability to improve sales productivity and customer’s experience

Qualifications & Work Experience :

  • Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Statistics/Mathematics, or Computer/Information Technology, or Quantitative Economics/Finance
  • Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years of prior analytic working experience (banking or non banking analytics) is required or Fresh Graduate

Technical Skills

  • Data analytics or Modeling experience preferably in SAS / SQL / HUE / R / Phyton
  • Have exposure or working experience with Big Data platform (i.e: R language, Hadoop, etc), inclusive of machine learning, experimental design, and optimization
  • Have experience in hands on development of propensity models, market using logistic regression and multi-variate regression
  • Data visualization: Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
  • Preferred:
  • Strong business domain knowledge in Consumer Banking or Corporate Banking
  • Prior Exposure in HR / Operation/ Finance Analytics
  • Solid critical thinking and analytical skills to work well with numbers and complex data
  • Experience for handling and analyzing big amount of data for better information and insights

Functional skills

  • Proficiency English as business language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills i.e. presentation and influencing skills and strive for excellence
  • Strong ability to build partnerships across functional teams through collaboration
  • Identification of business questions and opportunities
  • Data storytelling and insight generation
