Main Responsibility

Chief Concierge provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Concierge and Transportation Departments in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels and Resorts and the hotel.


Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered

Excellent command of English and other foreign languages will be advantage

University degree or diploma in hotel management

Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand

Ability to work independently, and adopt a well-organized, logical approach to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment

Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels

Pleasant and charming personality

Knowledge of computers and mobile application

Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
