About the job

This position is responsible for ensuring software quality across the organization and achieving high automation test coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To plan, design and execute test scenarios to ensure high-quality applications.
  2. To develop and maintain scripts for the purpose of QA automation.
  3. To identify software application weaknesses and target areas.
  4. To participate in requirements review and understand new feature development.
  5. To communicate technical concepts/issues clearly to internal stakeholders.
  6. To develop, document, and maintain test cases and validation reports.
  7. Mentor junior QA engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 3+ years total experience in software QA, and at least 1+ years in QA automation.
  2. Comfortable with working in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
  3. Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Good command of written English.
