SummaryThe Assistant Manager (Duty Manager) – Front Office is expected to manage front office operation while on duty, Interact with guests, handle & resolve complaints, audit and train reception team on processes and systems, liaise with the Front Office Manager/Host Manager on various tasks and perform relevant duties.You will provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations Not only will you do amazing things within the hotel, you will make a name for yourself and team outside of the hotel.QualificationsThe successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Relevant experience in 4 star luxury hotels or luxury resorts
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and training skills
  • Motivated, energetic and positive personality with a guest service focus
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
